It is a matter of great pride for me to be a part of this esteemed institution, which is successfully functioning under the kind guidance of the present spiritual head, Vedant Acharya
Swami Chetna Nand Ji Maharaj Bhuri Wale.
This college is affiliated with Punjabi University Patiala. The institution successfully offers B.A.,B.Com. B.Sc. (Medical and Non-Medical), PGDCA, and M.Com. Courses. Our school is affiliated with Punjab school education board, and admissions are offered to students from class IX to +2 in Arts, Commerce and Science streams. Keeping in view the needs of the region, efforts are being made to introduce more career-oriented courses in the near future.
Along with academic excellence, special emphasis is laid on the overall development of students. They are encouraged to participate in inter-college/school sports competitions organized by Punjabi University and Punjab School education Board. In addition, students actively take part in Youth Festivals organized by the university to promote Punjabi culture and other artistic talents.
To support deserving and economically weaker students, reservation policies are implemented as per the guidelines of the Punjab Government, University Grants Commission, and the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. An Anti-Ragging Cell has been established in accordance with government regulations, and strict action is taken against any violations.
The college also has an Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell in place.For the holistic development and personality enhancement of students, subject-wise departmental societies have also been established. Located in the backward region of Doon, the college is progressing day by day with the support and cooperation of the local community.
